Dear BacterAI developer,

Could you please tell me the command line on installing the BacterAI?

I have tried Kbase, gapseq, and carveme to predict metabolism of Metagenome-assembled genome(MAGs), but didn't get the desired output. So, I am wondering that is it possible to use BacterAI to predict my MAGs' metabolic profiles? I am new to AI, so I am not sure that I can manage to use it on my data.

Best,
