Update to Jmix 3.0

Update to Jmix 3.0:
- Support Aura theme
- Refactor code with UiAsyncTasks (see [related issue](https://github.com/jmix-framework/jmix/issues/5125))
- Use framework built-in approach to open detail view from grid in list view
