Settings:About "Made with love" shown incorrectly in RTL layout

Shown as: "**** Made with ♥ in" and fixed to the right side instead of the left.
Can probably be either translated or forced LTR to fix.

Hey @elig0n, I always meant for this to be untranslated as a sort of signature. My hope is that the ♥ is universal, without need for translation. It might be silly but it's more of a feature than a bug.
