There are a couple of potential typos on this line. 22th should be 22nd. Additionally, the year 2005 appears to be incorrect, as it predates the club's founding in 2021 and the start of live events in 2025.

There's a grammatical error and a minor spacing issue here. worlds should be possessive (world's), and there's an extra space after GitHub.

A few suggestions for this line to improve grammar and style:

  • For more inclusive language, consider using seven-person instead of seven man.
  • Compound adjectives like seven-person are typically hyphenated.
  • corporations should be possessive: corporation's.

I was elected to the very first seven-person management team at Brisbane Social Chess Inc at the corporation's first annual general meeting.

During my period as manager I took the lead and created and greatly expanded the clubs online presence on platforms like Discord, GitHub and Chess.com.

I also hosted chess events at three different locations including the Pig N Whistle King George Square British Pub, Sitar Indian Restaurant Albion and The Royal Hotel at Nundah.
I also hosted chess events at three different locations:

- For about 3 months at the Pig N Whistle King George Square British Pub on Mondays from 4pm to 7pm
- 6 months at Sitar Indian Restaurant Albion on Monday nights from 5pm to 7pm
- About 11 months at the Royal Hotel at Nundah on Thursday nights from 6pm to 8pm

Whilst some chess players would bring their own sets, I still used a lot of my own chess gear that was needed to run these three events and it varied but I would take between 3 to 8 chess sets and 3 to 8 chess clocks to each event I hosted.

Marketed the club at various events, handing out business cards and speaking with hotel and restaurant patrons. Also ran mini tournaments and got to know a huge number of people. Bought and marketed new chess variants and board games which we used including:

- 4 Player Chess
- Chinese Checkers
- Quaternity 4 Player Chess
- Harmegedo 6 Player Chess - The Board of Lords

I also donated chess equipment to two venues:

- 4 chess sets and 3 clocks to Sitar Indian Restaurant Albion
- 2 chess sets to the Royal Hotel at Nundah

Overall I went for about 2 years to meetups at Brisbane Social Chess and I did go to about 12 different locations for chess.

During my time as manager I did learn how to set and work four different types of chess clocks and at the events I was hosting a common task would be to help teach newcomers how to both set and play with the clocks. We had a range of chess clocks all digital including small cheap generic no name clocks, two different models of the official Digital Game Technology (DGT) chess clocks and a lot of standard LEAP brand clocks.

This sentence is very long and contains a couple of double spaces, which harms readability. Consider breaking it into smaller sentences. I've provided a suggestion to fix the spacing, but further refactoring for clarity is recommended.

Provided a lot of the chess sets and clocks used and bought a new game called 4-player chess which we first used at the Royal Hotel.

I did also let other players borrow chess books from my own personal library and over 15 books are still out on loan and have not yet been returned.

On quiet nights I did provide some one on one chess tutorials and instructions for rookie players.

To improve readability, it's conventional to hyphenate one-on-one when it's used as a compound modifier.
