Root Cause

Two issues in the test file:

1. Tests were using writeFileSync to create files in .roo/rules/ directories without first creating those directories
2. Regex patterns used .* which doesn't match across newlines - they needed [\s\S]* to match frontmatter spanning multiple lines

Fixes Applied

1. Added mkdirSync(rulesDir, { recursive: true }) before writing test files in two test cases
2. Updated regex patterns from /^---\n.*alwaysApply/ to /^---[\s\S]*alwaysApply/ to properly match multi-line frontmatter
3. Imported mkdirSync from the 'fs' module

Fixed Release Build Test Failures

• Read the failing test file to understand the issue

• Fix regex pattern in "CLI export to roo format creates correct structure" test
• Commit and push changes

Root Cause

The tests were expecting two newlines after the closing --- of frontmatter (---\n\n#), but the actual export function produces only one newline (---\n#). Additionally, the first test was assuming YAML field order, which isn't guaranteed.

Changes Made

• test/integration/roo.test.ts:126-127: Split into two separate assertions to avoid field order dependency and changed \n\n to \n
• test/integration/roo.test.ts:205: Changed \n\n to \n to match actual output

The tests should now pass. The release build will run again automatically when this branch is merged.
