Add TS-target parseWith(Builder) as additive second instantiation.

Consumer-supplied builders assemble arbitrary AST shapes (drop/splice/null)
while span bookkeeping stays on parser Frames; existing parse() emit is
byte-identical and createDoc is untouched.
