Keyboard shortcut to speed and/or slow prompter

Feature request:
Allow speeding up / slowing down the prompter by pressing down a certain (configurable) key combination

This is a suggestion / feature request, but it seems I cannot add the label myself :)

I've added keyboard shortcuts in the newest version 2.2.1, they are not yet configurable but I think I will add that option in the following updates. :)
