Unexpected packaging of test data

Hello,

We noticed the presence of a test directory at the root of the package.
This directory contains an older version of jquery, leading to warnings in various security scanners.
In addition, those test data are making the package larger than it can be.

In summary: Is the content of the test directory expected in the package? And if not, would it be ok to stop packaging it?
