Adds Lynkr, a self-hosted Apache-2.0 LLM gateway for Claude Code (and Cursor/Codex CLI): complexity-scored routing across 13 providers (incl. local Ollama/llama.cpp tiers), tool-schema stripping, JSON tool-result compression, and semantic caching.
