@vlad-km I assume sys/css/css uses require from node?

I moved it to this file node/node.lisp, which is loaded in the node REPL (not in the basic jscl.js),

but it's not exported. Can you try (jscl/node-repl::require "foo") temporarily? if it works, we can export it. I think I'd create a separate package, :jscl/node with node specific functions probably.

Npm only supports the January version of jscl.

I saved the jscl.js and jscl-web from https://jscl-project.github.io/

In node/electron, jscl.html runs, and repl is OK. (load "file.lisp") & (compile-file "file.lisp") - ok.

Maybe should leave both require and fs & path in toplevel ?

I need to experiment. I'll add node:require to repl for now.

We can do that for now at least.

Eventually, I think it's nice if the jscl.js contains only what is needed for that platform.

Or we include everything on it for node & browser and rely on external minifiers or other processing tools to remove unused code?

Ah I see! I thought of the node.js require function. That is part of FFI and should return the raw value.

But we also should have CL require that should work more like load.

The reason from the new prologue was to not depend on the path of jscl itself and the version check.
