Default titleFormat should use 'LLLL' instead of 'MMMM'

'LLLL' is stand-alone form, see https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng/filter/date

For example 'MMMM' is localized in genitive case in Czech language, which works well together with day of month number, but not as stand-alone form.
