- Move dev dependencies from requirements.txt into pyproject.toml [dependency-groups] - Add project metadata and consolidate black/isort/pytest config in pyproject.toml - Add uv.lock for reproducible installs - Switch Makefile targets to uv (venv/sync/run), add lock target, tidy help - Update CI to setup-uv@v8.2.0 and checkout@v7, run via uv - Update README to document the uv workflow

uv sync+uv run pytest— 129 тестов проходят.make lint/make test/make helpработают.
