Tutorial on normalizing flows

To start an interactive jupyter notebook and display the slides using rise:

1. Install the environment conda env create -f environment.yml and activate conda activate flow.
2. Launch jupyter notebook and open normalizing_flows.ipynb.
3. Start the RISE presentation using the button in the toolbar.
