Delete code that was deprecated in 5.14 or earlier

The following issues and PRs deprecated code that should be removed:

• Relocate MediaType to jupiter.api package and deprecate existing class #4886
  • see Delete deprecated MediaType class #4922
• Relocate Resource to commons.io package and deprecate existing interface #4885
  • see Delete deprecated Resource-related methods in ClasspathScanner #4918
• Relocate ParameterInfo to params package and deprecate existing interface #4919
  • see Delete deprecated ParameterInfo interface #4921
• Relocate OutputDirectoryProvider to org.junit.platform.engine package and deprecate existing interface #4923
  • see Delete OutputDirectoryProvider in favor of OutputDirectoryCreator #4925

Deliverables

• Delete the deprecated code
• Remove the ignored dependencies for the package cycle check from ArchUnitTest

No. This is scheduled for 6.2 M1, and we have not even released 6.1 M1 yet.

Is it enough to remove these?

No, definitely not. Those were deprecated in 6.0, and as you can see in this issue's title the goal is to "Delete code that was deprecated in 5.14 or earlier."
