Improve TestInfo and TestReporter documentation in User Guide

Currently, documentation of built-in resolvers like TestInfo and TestReporter are located under the "Writing Tests /
Dependency Injection for Constructors and Methods" section.

We should improve their visibility by moving them in to dedicated section with their own captions. This will also improve their chance being found via the search function.

Deliverables

• Provide dedicated sections for built-in resolvers, including their demo snippets
• Reference those new sections in the current place(s)
