Add a separate annotation to include the MongoDbExtension for junit5

if you don't need to run the MongoDB by the TestContainers (for example if you using embedded mongo for tests) then it will be useful to have an annotation which turns on Junit5 extensions to work with Expected/DataSet annotations.
