fix(content): correct Dave Thomas signatory attribution

- Switched featured Dave Thomas on Agile Signatories hub to Dave 'PragDave' Thomas (SCNA 2013).
- Clearly distinguished between PragDave (Signatory) and Dave Thomas (GOTO leader) in metadata.
- Updated Chicago Hub narrative to specify Dave 'PragDave' Thomas as the movement pioneer.
- Synchronized topics and roles across interviews and transcripts.
