Heatwave, VHF Propagation

With a heatwave over France, some coastal stations in Brittany are seeing some incredible radio reception.
Some are out of this league and show ranges close to 1000NM! Mine that is usually in the 60NM range, is showing over 300NM range.

Looking at Tropo ducting predictions in that area next Monday is looking good for some good to very strong conditions over that week.
