Option to customize the directories (and maybe the websites) colors

Hi!

It’s still rather inconvenient to do this. The browser’s bookmarks API is used to display bookmarks, and it doesn’t allow storing any custom fields. There’s nothing reliable to attach data to for example, I linked thumbnails using the bookmark ID, but a recent strange Chromium update suddenly changed those IDs. For some users the thumbnails disappeared entirely, and for others they got mixed up and were displayed in the wrong places. So for now, I don’t see a good way to tie this kind of customization to bookmarks.

Although it is possible to generate a color during rendering, for example by computing it from the bookmark’s name, it will always be tied to the bookmark’s name.
However, this would not allow the user to set custom colors for each bookmark...
