Looking for more options for subsampling

Hi,

I have just installed this version and I was wondering if you have tried to add the parameters that are avalible in colabfold. FOr instance max_seq1, extra_seq1 , recycling times, number of seeds, max_msa_depth etc. Do you think it is possible to do that with this version?

tbh, we haven't considered that yet. I'm not sure how much work it is, but if you wish, you can open a Pull Request to update our code.
