General improvments to code structure and etc

Overall themes

1. Testing infrastructure – introduced a comprehensive test suite and related dependencies.
2. Version bump & documentation – updated version to 1.1 and refreshed the README.
3. Project cleanup – removed obsolete scripts (quickstart.bat, old test files, stray comments).
4. Codebase reformatting – large‑scale formatting and refactoring across the entire codebase, improving consistency and readability.
5. Package restructuring – moved all source files under src/graphql_hunter to follow standard Python package layout. Currently using tool named UV to manage all project related stuff
