[Bug] - Access Denied

During the install running the Install-KasmDesktopService.ps1 script fails to download the desktop service installer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to: https://kasmweb-build-artifacts.s3.amazonaws.com/kasm_desktop_service/kasm_windows_service_installer_x86_64_1.8_8e3b288d.exe
2. Item doesn't download
3. See error

Expected behavior
Download the installer

That link works but the link is the one that's created inside the Install-KasmDesktopService.ps1 file, on that note with windows 11 25H2 I've not had it install correctly on any version, tried the Dev version which gives this link "https://kasmweb-build-artifacts.s3.amazonaws.com/kasm_desktop_service/kasm_windows_service_installer_x86_64_develop.exe" (it downloads) but the service never installs.

I even tried creating a simple script to download and fun the .exe which also didn't run, is there an issue with not running as admin?

if I run the Dev version or my script via RDP once the VM is online it installs without issues or errors.

The only things inside the kasm_startup_script.log are:

Edit:
Looks the download isn't completing it's getting to about 40mb vs the 100~ is should be, any idea why the download wouldn't complete, running Windows 11 and sysprep with unattened file. again run my script works after I've connected to the VM.
