+# DoomCoder Companion — Privacy Policy

+## Summary
+
+DoomCoder Companion does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All synchronisation happens privately through your own iCloud account using Apple CloudKit.
+
+## What data the app uses
+
+DoomCoder Companion syncs the following data **solely between your own devices** via your private iCloud account:
+
+- The list of AI coding agents configured in DoomCoder on your Mac
+- Notification logs generated by those agents
+- Mac status/availability information
+
+This data is stored in your **private CloudKit database** — it is never accessible to us or any third party. Apple's CloudKit privacy guarantees apply.
+
+## What data we collect
+
+**None.** We do not operate any servers, analytics services, or accounts. We do not collect crash reports, usage statistics, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information.
+
+## Push Notifications
+
+Notifications are delivered via Apple Push Notification service (APNs) using CloudKit subscriptions. Notification content originates from your own Mac and is routed through Apple's infrastructure. We never see the content of your notifications.

+## Third-party services
+
+None. The app uses only Apple frameworks (CloudKit, UserNotifications, SwiftUI).
