Closing for now — TypeScript 7 can't be installed while @sveltejs/kit@2.69.2 caps its typescript peer at ^5.3.3 || ^6.0.0, so Build & Test fails on an ERESOLVE peer conflict on every run. Nothing fixable in this PR; it's blocked upstream.

Dependabot will reopen a fresh bump once SvelteKit widens its peer range to include 7.x (or a newer TS 7.x is released against a compatible kit).
