buildroot: restore bump to 2025.02.7

In bf2e739 a downgrade of Buildroot to 2025.02.6 was mistakenly merged, this commit restores the submodule to the git revision prior to that, Buildroot 2025.02.7-kkit, with KernelKit backports and upgrades. Signed-off-by: Joachim Wiberg <troglobit@gmail.com>
