Bump yaml and tailwindcss in /projects/Youtube-Clone

Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [tailwindcss](https://github.com/tailwindlabs/tailwindcss/tree/HEAD/packages/tailwindcss). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `tailwindcss` from 2.2.7 to 4.3.2
