Implements full CRUD lifecycle for Keyfactor Command Applications (v25+
certificate store containers) with support for interval and daily inventory
schedules.
Key implementation details:
- PUT /Applications uses base URL (ID in body); /Applications/{id} only allows GET+DELETE
- OverwriteSchedules is write-only (never returned by API); preserved from plan/state
- Daily schedule times are date-normalized by the server; Read preserves user-supplied
date when only the date portion changes (same time-of-day) to prevent infinite drift
- UseStateForUnknown() on id, store_count, overwrite_schedules to prevent (known after apply)
Also adds Applications API debugging Makefile targets (api-list-applications,
api-get-application, api-create-application, api-update-application,
api-delete-application, api-options-application) with jq and
${KEYFACTOR_API_PATH:-Keyfactor/API} for configurable base path.
