Pull request overview
Updates the project README to better reflect current KitOps capabilities and documentation ahead of KubeCon EU, with clearer onboarding, usage guidance, and security/compliance positioning.
Changes:
- Expanded the quick start section to include ModelPack,
kit init, and Hugging Face import paths. - Reorganized usage guidance into “How Teams Use KitOps” and “KitOps by Role”, and added an “Integrations” section with links.
- Added a dedicated “Security and Compliance” section describing integrity/signing/provenance features.

Getting the README ready for KubeCon EU so I have added missing features and tried to clean up some of the sections based on what we've learned from people's usage.
