Adds CircuitDiagramMaker (https://circuitdiagrammaker.app) to the Free EDA Packages category.
It's a browser-based wiring/circuit/schematic editor with a built-in SPICE simulator (DC, transient, and AC analysis) — similar in spirit to EasyEDA, which is already listed, but with in-browser simulation. Free tier, no install required.
