I built a Claude Code skill for Klaviyo — it covers Flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, browse abandonment), Campaigns with Smart Send Time, real-time behavior-based segmentation, predictive analytics (CLV, next order date, churn risk), multi-channel messaging (email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, push), Forms, Reviews, the Klaviyo Data Platform, AI Agents (Marketing Agent, Customer Agent), Catalogs, and the REST API.

Then type /sales-klaviyo to use it.

The predictive analytics and KDP sections got the most attention — how predicted CLV feeds into segmentation, how the reverse ETL and custom objects work for syncing warehouse data, and how the AI agents generate campaigns and handle support automation. I also covered the Shopify-Klaviyo integration patterns since that's where most users start.

I've seen this pattern a dozen times helping Shopify shops wire Klaviyo into support automation: the predictive CLV field is great in theory, but it only stabilizes after ~180 days of order history and at least a few hundred customers, so newer stores plugging it straight into segment logic get weird tier assignments for months. The fix that's worked for me is gating CLV-based flows behind a minimum profile count and falling back to rolling 90-day spend until the model warms up. Same story with churn risk, needs volume before it's usable.
