Code repository for experiments with Phaseless Alignment Learning

This repo contains experiments and links to other simulations implementing PAL.

Three separate setups were used for experiments:

1. Figures 3 and 4a,b and Supplement Figures 1 and 3: Dendritic microcircuit simulator. THIS FOLDER
2. Figures 4c,d,e,f and Supplement Figure 2: Dendritic microcircuit simulator based on GeNN. THIS REPO
3. Figure 5 and 6: Based on Generalized Latent Equilibrium codebase. THIS FOLDER

To run a specific setup, please go to the corresponding repo/folder.
