style : enhaced skills and languages strip

Summary [required]

This PR enhances the UI for skills and languages strip which is right after the hero section of the home page.
Firstly, Every element in the strip was grey coloured, It is enhanced and every skill/language is wrapped in a pill component and the UI adds some bright colours from the pre-defined UI colours in the :root
