Ruby 4.0.5 was released https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/news/2026/05/20/ruby-4-0-5-released/
Since Ruby 4.0.4 was marked as containing security vulnerability, I removed it from the list of previous version, and will probably remove it from the ECR repo if possible.
This PR also adds a Claude skill to do perform this update semi-automatically, so we don't have to specify the whole process every time.
