Summary

I've successfully added comprehensive test coverage for the --recursive option. Here's what was implemented:

✅ Tests Added (4 new tests)

Added to tests/test_quarto_batch_convert.py:

1. test_recursive_option_with_nested_directory - Verifies that files in subdirectories are processed when using -r flag
2. test_non_recursive_option_ignores_subdirectories - Confirms that without -r, only top-level files are processed
3. test_recursive_with_match_pattern - Tests that recursive search works correctly with pattern matching (-r + -m)
4. test_recursive_preserves_directory_structure - Ensures the directory structure is preserved in the output directory

All tests use the existing tests/assets/ directory structure which includes a nested/ subdirectory.
