Update community call to use Google Meet

Switch from Jitsi to Google Meet for community calls, aligning with the
moderation process change. Updates calendar invites and web page to
reflect the new meeting URLs for both Wednesday 20:00 UTC and Thursday
08:00 UTC time slots.
