The
uniqueItemsconstraint on a property enforces that lists should only contain unique items in the list.Going from a non-unique constraint on list items to a uniqueness constraint is more restrictive and a breaking change as it could invalidate existing allowed values and break client/user expectations.
The opposite direction of unique to non-unique is less restrictive and likely OK
