DingTalk should not be clickable

Currently the DingTalk links to the current page of the docs. I made it a span which is non clickable and you can copy the group id easily.

• Read and followed KubeVela's contribution process.
• Update sidebar.js if adding a new page.
• Run yarn start to ensure the changes has taken effect.
