Add link to office-fable to libraries

Add link to office-fable, a fable compatible library for office-js bindings. Let me know if this fits or not 👍

@kunjee17 If you are speaking about hosting awesome-fable onto Fable.io.

Then it is already done. The page can be accessed here: https://fable.io/resources.html

It is under the "Resources" tab in the navbar.

I was on vacation when the PR got accepted and I am still catching up with things :). The next step for Fable-awesome is to repository is to add a note redirecting to the new location.

And on fable.io repository, I still need to step up the CI to check the links validity as you have setup here.

I think we should stop accepting PR here otherwise, we will ask user to send PR to Fable repository or do it ourselfs.

It is probably better to archive this repository and add instruction so everybody is aware of the change.
