Removed sast toast

Issue: #4

Removed the toast that displayed the sast scan.

This could lead to some other issues like

• you're not able to cancel the sast scan
• you have no indicator that the sast scan is running until the results show up in the problems tab
  • this could be solved by creating another status bar item, but we are starting to clutter the bar with too many items
