Updates UI copy in member-invitation dialogs to correctly refer to “members” instead of “repositories”, aligning empty-state messaging with the actual data being searched/selected (per issue #2049).
Changes:
- Replace the multiselect empty-state text from “No repositories found” to “No members found” in the project member invite dialog.
- Replace the same empty-state text in the asset member invite dialog.
