Remove all languages except English and Vietnamese

This commit limits the supported languages in the i18n configuration to only 'en' and 'vi', removing Spanish, French, German, and Chinese translations from the translations object and the Language type. This simplifies the codebase and reduces bundle size for projects only targeting these two languages.
