Translating OSMTracker for Android™

Help make OSMTracker available in your language!

Since August 2012, OSMTracker has been translated using Transifex, an online localization platform that makes it easy for contributors to translate the app into their native language.

The project currently supports over 70 languages, with many at 100% completion, including Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), and Chinese (Taiwan).

How to contribute

  1. Create a free account on Transifex (if you don't have one)
  2. Visit the OSMTracker project page:
  3. Select your language from the list
  4. Start translating strings directly in your browser

No technical skills are required, just knowledge of the language you're translating into.

How translations reach the repository

Once translations are completed on Transifex, they are automatically synced to the GitHub repository.
