docs(model-serving): fix broken #model-store anchor in KO and JA

Replace translated headings (모델 스토어, モデルストア) with English
heading (Model Store) so the auto-generated anchor matches the
#model-store cross-reference links. Remove the <a id> HTML anchors
that were not recognized by the docs build link checker.
