lark-plugin-api.solutionsuite.cn/lark-plugin this API_BASE_URL maybe deprecated, it's not worked,alyways return ip denied,and the ip is not my real ip

That makes sense — the IP (116.132.239.105 / 116.132.239.109) is not your server's IP. It belongs to the proxy server that the plugin routes through.

The feishu_base plugin doesn't call Feishu's API directly. Instead, all requests go through an intermediate relay at lark-plugin-api.solutionsuite.cn [1]. So the flow is:

Your Dify Server → lark-plugin-api.solutionsuite.cn (proxy) → Feishu API

Feishu sees the proxy's outbound IP, not yours. That's why the denied IP is unfamiliar.

To fix this, you'd need to whitelist the proxy server's IPs (116.132.239.105, 116.132.239.109) in your Feishu app's security settings — even though they aren't your own IPs. Alternatively, if the Feishu app has IP whitelisting enabled but you didn't intentionally configure it, you can try disabling the IP whitelist entirely in your Feishu Developer Console under Security Settings.

This is arguably a limitation of the current plugin architecture — users have no control over the proxy's IP, and if it changes, whitelists break. You may want to raise this as a feature request to support direct Feishu API access without the proxy.
