KZT, fix: ensure symbols returned from different paths resolve to the same address

$: ffplay -hwaccel vaapi xxx.mp4
...
[Vulkan Renderer @ 0x3731f540] hwdevice and SDL use different get_proc_addr. Try -vulkan_params create_by_placebo=1                                                                          
...

This patch solve the problem.
