Overview
Updates the locked
sqlite3gem from 2.6.0 to 2.9.5 for all platform-specific entries inGemfile.lock. TheGemfileconstraint (sqlite3,>= 1.4) is unchanged; only the resolved version moves forward.This pulls in sqlite3-ruby security and stability fixes (including use-after-free issues around custom/aggregate SQL functions) and a newer vendored SQLite (3.53.x). No application or configuration files are modified in this PR.
