- Fixed default AGENTS template bootstrap behavior in install and update flows.
- Addressed wrapper inconsistencies and reduced duplicated logic in command handling and messaging.
- Corrected CI/install flow issues around Dockerfile validation and script execution permissions.

### Security
- Credential mounts remain explicit and opt-in: SSH material and GitHub CLI config are only exposed when `--mount-ssh` or `--gh` is provided.
