Build a html header file on a OSX (Macbook). Fixed the html2esp.cpp file, changed the in variable to out.

Build a html header file on a OSX (Macbook). Fixed the html2esp.cpp file, changed the in variable to out. Hopefully this is the only pull request you will see. I built a branch, but put the files in the wrong directory. So I deleted it and it looks like it removed the pull request.
