Restored the Hacktoberfest 2023 archive that previously existed in history.

Thank you, @anmolsah. Good deal. Will you now please relocate the large PDF file to it's respective folder under /static and change from importing this pdf to an <a> tag here?

Changes completed, @leecalcote .
The PDF has been relocated into the static folder and the MDX file now references it via a direct link instead of import.
Let me know if there’s anything else I should modify
