Convert raw FinBench snapshot CSVs to import.conf format: rename columns per IMPORT_CONF_COLUMN_MAP (SRC_ID/DST_ID/timestamp/id), normalize timestamp columns to UTC epoch millis (6 formats, numeric passthrough), auto-detect input delimiter, validate headers, and emit pipe-delimited output. Supports "original" and "import_conf" modes.
